Company name and color codes designate ownership and lease rights to assigned ducts.

Open the Company Dialog Box

1. From the Bentley OpenComms menu, select File > OpenComms Settings > Facilities > Companies:

   

2. The Company Editor dialog box opens.

Edit a Company

1. Select one of the companies from the Company List.

   

2. Edit any of the information fields in the dialog box.
3. Click Update to save the information in the database.

Create a Company

1. Key in the company Name.
2. Select a Color to represent the company.
3. Click Add to save the information in the database. The newly created company adds to the Company List.

Delete a Company

Highlight the company in the Company List and click Delete. The company removes from the database.
